I request that JAA close my Public Online Bidder account and refund the eligible balance of my $300 public bidder deposit after all open bids, purchases, fees, returned payments ,charge backs, disputes and other obligations are resolved.

Important

• This request does not cancel a binding bid, accepted offer, IF transaction or completed purchase.
• JAA will issue the eligible refund by JAA check and mail it by USPS to the verified mailing address on file.
• If the mailing address above differs from the address currently on file, JAA may require additional identity verification before mailing there fund.
• Eligible refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after the account is clear. USPS delivery time is separate.
